Chef Magana is back at La Maison to begin his 2012 series of cooking classes with a menu of romantic offerings ~ aphrodisiac delights! At each class you can grab an apron and belly up to the counter and learn skills and recipes from the chef himself. Or if you’re a little shy and would rather sit back and watch, you can relax at the counter and taste the wine pairings offered by the featured winery.
