    Chef Magana Cooking Class

     

    I’ll will be at La Maison creating a unique menu with a hint of Truffle gourmet.  As a special event La Maison is welcoming Rei Hanscomb, owner of the Truffle Cafe in Seattle.  The Truffle Cafe is part of the Savor Seattle tour and is across from Pikes Place Market.  Rei will be bringing some of her unique gourmet items and I will be teaching you how to use them in his gourmet fare.  They’ll also have them for sale during the class.  La Maison will be bringing a bit of the big city to Naches Heights and it should be a memorable class!  (I especially love the truffle cream, truffle salt, and the truffle caviar! YUM!)  The menu includes Sautéed Prawns finished with truffle cream, Truffle Custards with Crab and Caviar, Truffle Pasta, Rack of Lamb with Cabernet Demi-glace, Risotto Truffle and finally a  Chocolate & Raspberry luscious Dessert.  Gilbert Cellars will be here pairing and pouring their fabulous wines with Chef’s menu.  You aren’t going to want to miss this one!
