Cherry Caprihina
Serves 4
Ingredients:
½ Cup Bing Cherries (pitted & cut in 1/2),
4 Tsp Brown Sugar,
4 -2½ oz Cachaça (Brazilian Rum)
Club Soda
Directions: Muddle 12 cherries (1/2 cup) together with 4 teaspoons brown sugar in the bottom of 4 tumbler glasses, fill with ice and pour 2½ oz Cachaça over ice and top off with club soda.
