Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Prawns)

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2½ lbs Prawns, cleaned & peeled
  • 3 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grape Seed Oil
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Dry White Wine
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Baguette

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350’F.

Toss sliced garlic, prawns, oil, chili flakes and paprika together then pour into a baking dish. Add wine and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, open oven and stir prawns around and place back in oven for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer to serving platter, garnish with parsley and serve with warm baguette.
