Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Prawns)
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- 2½ lbs Prawns, cleaned & peeled
- 3 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 3 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grape Seed Oil
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Dry White Wine
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Baguette
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350’F.
Toss sliced garlic, prawns, oil, chili flakes and paprika together then pour into a baking dish. Add wine and season with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for
5 minutes, open oven and stir prawns around and place back in oven for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer to serving platter, garnish with parsley and serve with warm baguette.
